Faux Finishing - Make Your Castle Look Like A Real One
Faux finishing is a creative and often more inexpensive way to make a wall or something else, look like it's not what it really is. You can sponge paint a wall to give it an antique and weathered look. You can stick what looks like bricks to a wall, or stones to a fireplace, for an authentic look. These "fabulous fakes" are a great deal lighter and less expensive than the real thing. You can paint ordinary or old metal with finishes like pewter and gold and silver and bronze and make them look real. You can paint a window on the wall with a great landscape scene and if done in perspective, it can look real. You can even hang a drape on the wall to counterbalance a window on the other side of your bed, for instance. When both drapes are closed it looks like there's another window there. You may also hang drapes up towards your ceiling over a window, so to lengthen a wall and make your room look bigger. Save time, energy and most of all - costs, by shopping online at this easy to navigate site. You may find simply everything you're looking for!
